Booking terms & cancellation policy
These terms apply to stays booked directly on seabreezehuahin.com at Sea Breeze Pool Villa S126, Sivana Gardens, Hua Hin, Thailand. Bookings made through Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com or Vrbo follow that site's own terms.
Cancellation policy
- Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in.
- Partial refund if you cancel within 5 days of check-in, or during your stay: the first night is charged, and you get 50% back for the remaining unused nights.
- The cleaning fee is refunded if you cancel before check-in.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 days.
To cancel or change your dates, message us on WhatsApp (+66 87 773 7214) or reply to your booking confirmation email. Date changes depend on availability.
Prices and payment
- Prices are per night for the whole villa, in Thai baht (THB), for up to 6 guests.
- A one-time cleaning fee of THB 1,000 is added to each stay.
- Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off, and stays of 28 nights or more get 20% off.
- The full amount is paid by card when you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Your stay
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Ask us if you need different times.
- Maximum 6 guests. Only guests named in the booking may stay overnight.
- No parties or events. Please respect quiet hours and the rules of the Sivana Gardens community, including at the shared clubhouse pool.
- No smoking inside the villa.
- Children must be supervised at all times around the pools. The pools have no lifeguard.
- Please tell us straight away about any damage. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay, beyond normal wear.
Our responsibilities
If we have to cancel your booking for reasons within our control, you get a full refund. If something at the villa is not working, tell us and we'll fix it as quickly as we can. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for events outside our control such as weather, power or water outages, or travel disruption.
