This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit seabreezehuahin.com or book Sea Breeze Pool Villa S126 directly, and how we use it. The villa is privately owned and managed by its owner, who is responsible for your data.

- Booking details: your name, email, phone number, country, dates, number of guests and any message you send us.
- Payment: payments are handled by Stripe. We see the amount, the date and the last four digits of your card. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, LINE or email.
How we use it
- To manage your booking, take payment, send your confirmation and check-in details, and look after you during your stay.
- To meet legal duties, for example tax records, and guest registration with the Thai authorities where required.
- To send you occasional offers for a return stay, if you've stayed with us before or agreed to it. You can opt out at any time with one message.
Who we share it with
- Smoobu (booking system) and Stripe (payments), only to run your booking.
- Our villa manager and cleaning staff, who only get what they need for your arrival.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 10 years. We keep contact details for return-stay offers until you ask us to stop.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, or stop using it for offers. Send us a message and we'll reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Smoobu and may set cookies that are needed to make a booking.
